Am I able to make deposits after hours?

Yes you can, night drops are located by the ATM at both our Niagara Falls and North Tonawanda locations. First, make sure you seal your items (cash, checks, deposit slips, etc.) in a sealed envelope, then place the envelope in one of the night drops. Your items will then be processed the next business day.

  • Niagara Falls: 2901 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304
  • North Tonawanda: 160 Ward Road, North Tonawanda, NY 14120

Can a friend or family member make deposits on my behalf?

Yes! Anyone can make a deposit into your account under your permission. For your safety and security, we do not disclose any account information to those not listed as joint on your account.

Are there monthly fees associated with my account?

Unless your account lies dormant for 365 days (one consecutive year without qualifying transactions*), there are no monthly fees. If your account has gone unused for 365 days, we do charge a $5.00 monthly fee.

*Qualifying transactions are either a deposit or withdrawal from the account. Check cashing does not qualify.

Do I need to maintain a minimum balance in my account?

Where can I find surcharge-free ATMs?

Both of our branches have 24-hour, surcharge-free ATMs and nearly 30,000 more can be found using this locator. However, please keep in mind that fees may apply if you are using out of network ATMs or are requesting cash back at retail locations.

How should I use my debit card? Do I choose ‘Debit’ or ‘Credit’ upon checkout?

When you are shopping locally, you may choose to use your debit card as either debit or credit, it doesn’t particularly matter. Though, if you would like to receive cash back with your purchase, you must use your card as a debit card and enter your PIN. When you are traveling, use your card as a debit card and enter your PIN until you reach your destination. This will let the fraud department know that you have your card and it has not been stolen. When you arrive at your destination, use the debit card as a debit once or twice then you can use it as a credit if you wish. If you are traveling outside the USA, contact our card specialist at the Niagara Falls branch at 716-297-5944 Ext. 313 and provide the dates you will be out of the country to ensure that your card will work.

What is my debit card limit?

We offer $800.00 at the ATM (every 24 hours) and $1,500.00 POS (Point of Sale). If you need to increase the daily limit for POS debit card purchases, please call our Card Specialist at the number listed above.
